In this workshop, we will explore the rich history and culture of Chinese tea while learning to recognise the six main types of tea in a small group (6 tea seats). You will have the opportunity to taste four premium Chinese tea carefully selected by YIN CHA, each chosen to highlight its unique characteristics.
Guided by our tea master, you will develop a deeper understanding of tea tasting—focusing on aroma, taste, and mouthfeel. All teas will be brewed in the traditional Gong Fu Cha style (Chinese tea ceremony), where we will share brewing techniques and insights into the distinct flavor profiles of each tea. You will also receive your own Gong Fu Cha set to practice traditional Chinese tea ceremony.
